NOOR - Mouraria Light Walk

A three-day light festival in the streets of Mouraria neighbourhood, Lisbon. Designed by various artists, the installations were all inspired by local history and conceived in collaboration with dwellers. The festival attracted over 8000 people to an area usually avoided and considered unsafe especially at night.
